Ryan Garcia defeated Devin Haney via majority decision.
Garcia dropped Haney three times en route to a stunning win over his long time rival.
The pair had met six times as amateurs with them sharing the spoils with three wins apiece but this win now gives Garcia the bragging rights.
Much has been made of Garcia’s bizarre social media posts ahead of his clash with Haney.
But one man that has clearly enjoyed the build up to the fight is MMA star, Conor McGregor.
In a post on X formerly Twitter he wrote:

Tonight is your night, I knew when he fought Tank that this guy was electric. Even in defeat. I went backstage after he’d been stopped to the body last time out. Only his close people were present.
